Congratulations

Hello UHK gallery fans!

It's Donna here again to share another project using one of UHK's paper collection, Mushrooms.

I made a layer of papers, threads, lace trim, tulle, die cut leaves and rolled flowers.

I made the rolled flowers without any dies. I cut different size of circles and varied the height of the flowers. I used pearls for center accent.

I think this is great for any occasion that needs a congratulatory greeting since it's basically neutral.

Happy birthday card

Hello UHK gallery fans!

For my last post as guest DT, I created this simple tag using the Mademoiselle papers

I fussy cut some butterflies from this strip and adorned them with rhinestone.

I stamped the happy birthday sentiment on a white cardstock with gold ink and curled the edges for an interesting look.

I'm really so happy to be able to share some creations here as guest DT.

Welcome little one

Hi all! Donna here once again and I'm gonna be sharing with you a very simple card perfect for welcoming little ones.

I used a silver doily to add a bit of sparkle to the card. I used several papers and layered them using dimensional foam tape. I also used a scallop border punch on strips of paper.

I heat embossed the stamped florals and sentiments.

I used Celebration papers for my project.

Congratulations card

Hi everyone! Donna here and I'm sharing a new project with all of you. I used the Celebration collection for my card.

I was looking for a stamp image to go with my card and I came across this quite old digital stamp from my previous DT stint. I always print duplicates before and I left this one and forgotten all about it. So I decided to use it for my card today. I colored the image with watercolor pencils.

I tied a sheer ribbon into a bow and further embellished my card with 3 small flowers

I used some gauze, white thread and vellum to mimic the lightness and summer feel of the ocean/sea/water

A happy birthday card

My name is Donna Espiritu, I am from the Philippines currently living in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with my husband and darling daughter. I am scrapbooking since 2004. I love to make scrapbook pages, mini-albums, cards and altering stuff. You can check out more about my work on my blog.

I am very excited when I received an email from Urzula to be a guest designer for UHK Gallery!
Of course I said yes right away! Who wouldn't? :)

Today, I want to share a card. I played with a somewhat monochromatic color scheme. And it's my favorite color, pink! I used the collection, Allo Allo.

I used a flower die from Joy! crafts to create these flowers out of white cardstock sprayed with some glimmer mists.

 I love how thick the papers of UHK gallery, perfect for die-cutting.

I can't wait to show you more projects in the coming months, I hope you like what I shared today and got you inspired to create!
