Welcome little one

Hi all! Donna here once again and I'm gonna be sharing with you a very simple card perfect for welcoming little ones.

I used a silver doily to add a bit of sparkle to the card. I used several papers and layered them using dimensional foam tape. I also used a scallop border punch on strips of paper.

I heat embossed the stamped florals and sentiments.

I used Celebration papers for my project.
